Light, Star, and Everything Between
Noor Sitara takes its name from two words: light, and star. It is the feeling we hope to bring to your table, whether you are collecting on the way home or settling in for the evening on Higher Street.
Our kitchen works the traditional way. Whole spices are ground and blended fresh, sauces are simmered slowly, and everything is finished in the tandoor to order. Recipes carried from home kitchens, refined over years, cooked with the same care every single evening.
You are welcome to bring your own wine or beer to enjoy with your meal. We will keep the glasses ready.
